Capabilities
A deliberately small stack. We would rather know a handful of tools properly than claim all of them.
We also read code we did not write. Taking over a half-finished project is normal work here, and it starts with an assessment rather than a rewrite.
How we work
Every engagement runs in this order, whether it is four weeks or four months.

A call, then a short document: what we are building, who it is for, what finished means, what it costs, and what is explicitly not included. Nothing starts before you have read it.

Short cycles, each ending in software you can open rather than a progress report. Scope can change between cycles; that is the point of working this way.

Store review, production infrastructure, monitoring, and a release run at least once with your team watching, so a deployment is never a thing only we can do.

Source code, accounts, credentials, and documentation are yours. Keep us on a retainer, move it to your own team, or hand it to another supplier. All three are fine, and none of them require our permission.
Engagements
A defined piece of software for a defined price, from the scope document. Best when you know what you need built.
Continuous development, maintenance, and releases for an agreed monthly amount. Best after launch, or when the roadmap is still moving.
Days bought individually for review, due diligence, or a second opinion. No build work, no obligation to hire us for one.
Price is quoted per engagement, after the scoping call. We do not publish day rates we would have to caveat on the phone.

Yes, and often. We start with a read-through and a written assessment: what is there, what is load-bearing, what is risky, and what it would cost to continue versus replace. You get that assessment whether or not you continue with us.
You do. Repositories, cloud accounts, and store listings are created in your organisation's name wherever the platform allows it, so nothing important is hostage to our involvement.
We can, but under yours is usually right: the listing, the reviews, the ratings, and the subscription relationships stay with the account that published them. If you do not have one yet, we will set it up with you.
Yes. Send yours with the first email, or ask and we will send a short mutual one.
